I received my nationally accredited home inspector training through Education Direct And (ITA) Inspection Training Associates, a nationally recognized as the leader in home inspection training and certification.I have received certified training and experience in HVAC technology, plumbing, electrical,and building construction and maintenance.

• I am a member of ASHI, American Society of Home Inspectors.

• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education to meet the requirements set forth by the Nat'l Assoc. of Cert. Home Inspectors

• I fulfull at least 20 hours of continuing education for licensing requirement renewal.

• I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

• I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

• I also meet or exceed ASHI Standards of Practice

• I am available 7 days a week (from 7am-7pm).

• I generate easy-to-read inspection reports, that can be emailed with detailed digital photographs included.
